Creme Brulee


Ingredients 
6 oz Egg yolks
1 egg
1/2 Vanilla bean
12 oz heavy cream
8 oz Half and Half
3 oz Sugar

Steps 
1. Heat up the Half and Half with vanilla bean
2. Put egg, egg yolk and sugar in a bowl and whisk
3. Temper eggs
4. Put in a ice box and stir in heavy cream and the strain mixture
5. Bake at 325*F and then let it cool
6. Put Sugar on top of egg mixture and toast the sugar
